By car
Leave the A1 motorway at the Zagvozd exit: take the tunnel through Biokovo down towards Baška Voda and continue along the D8 coastal road to the south, through Makarska and Podgora, to Živogošće. From Baška Voda it is another ≈ 30 km along the sea.
From the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Germany the shortest route leads towards Zagreb and then along the A1 motorway towards Split, to the Zagvozd exit.

By air
- Split Airport – ≈ 119 km by motorway (about 1 h 50) or ≈ 100 km by the coastal road (about 2 h 15).
- Dubrovnik Airport – ≈ 154 km (about 2 h 50).
The easiest option is to hire a car at the airport; you will need it for excursions as well.
By bus
Buses on the Split–Makarska–Dubrovnik line stop in Živogošće; the bus stop is right above our car park. Let us know in your enquiry if you are arriving by bus.
By ferry from Hvar
From Sućuraj take the ferry to Drvenik (about 35 minutes), then ≈ 8 km north along the coastal road.
The last few metres and parking
Each apartment has its own parking space: Apartments 1 and 3 in the yard on the upper side, Apartment 2 under the terrace, like a garage. The entrance to Apartment 3 is from the upper side of the yard, between two olive trees.
Arrival
The apartment is yours from 2 pm. Arrival is on a Saturday. Tell us your approximate arrival time and we will welcome you. To register your stay we need identity documents for all guests (a legal requirement).
