Booking and payment
How do I book?
Send an enquiry using the Book form. We e-mail you an offer within 24 hours, and a €100 deposit per apartment confirms the booking.
Does an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. An enquiry is free; the booking is valid only once the deposit has arrived in our account.
How do I pay?
You pay the €100 deposit per apartment into our bank account, using the details in the offer; it is deducted from the price. You pay the rest on site, in cash.
What if I cancel?
You can withdraw from your booking no later than check-in on the day of arrival, by writing to info@maladuba.com. In that case the deposit is not refunded, and apart from the deposit you have no further obligations; the same applies if you do not arrive. Illness or other personal reasons do not change this rule – we recommend travel cancellation insurance. If we withdraw from a confirmed booking, we refund you double the deposit. If the stay becomes impossible because of an extraordinary event for which neither of us is responsible and which could not have been foreseen or prevented (for example an earthquake, flood, fire or an official ban on stays), we refund the deposit in full. Everything is in the Booking terms.
Is it cheaper here than on the platforms?
When you book here, you do not pay the commission that booking platforms charge – so the same night costs less with us than on the platforms.
Is the price per person or per apartment?
Per night for the whole apartment (up to 4 guests), all included, tourist tax too. Prices are on the Apartments page.
What is the minimum stay, and when do I arrive?
At least 7 nights. You arrive on a Saturday and leave on a Saturday or a Wednesday – Saturday to Wednesday means at least 11 nights.
When are you open?
From May to the end of September.
